PROJECT DETAILS

Kuhlke Construction & Associates was referred to the Owner for this exciting project and engaged to provide construction services for a multi-phased, multi-year renovation of an existing residence and ancillary structures on Azalea Drive.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

The project was executed under an aggressive schedule with uncompromising expectations for quality and craftsmanship.

The Owner transformed the property into an ultra-high-end hospitality retreat designed for personal friends and clients. The scope of work included the installation of a new elevator, a state-of-the-art kitchen, twelve guest bedrooms, an infinity pool, and a large wine cellar. Only the finest materials were utilized throughout the project. Completed in October 2016, the finished facility stands as a testament to the performance, attention to detail, and craftsmanship of the KCA team. This project led to additional opportunities with the client, and we have been privileged to continue serving him on subsequent projects.
